In the unlikely event that there is a mishap, please notify us in writing as quickly as possible. Ensure any damage is noted on the delivery receipt. This is vital. There are limitations to carrier liability under the Hague Rules and under the prevailing local legislation (e.g., the NZ Carriage of Goods Act) so it is important to act quickly in informing us. Claims may only be for the substantiated nett cost of items and may not include margins or consequential costs etc.
